1. The service
Estia provides tools to build a digital menu, take orders, accept table payments and manage a hospitality business. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Account & usage
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish (prices, availability, allergens) and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Payments
Subscriptions are billed per selected plan. Guest table payments are processed through your own payment-provider account; Estia does not intermediate and takes no commission on orders.
4. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, without guaranteeing zero downtime.
