GDPR by design

Estia is built privacy-first. On QR scans we do NOT store IP addresses or device/browser identifiers. We only record anonymous, aggregate analytics (e.g. device type) so you can see traffic — with no personal identification.

Account data

We store the data needed for your account (email, business details, menu content). These are used solely to provide the service.

Content translation

For automatic menu translation we send to the translation provider ONLY catalog content (dishes, descriptions) — never personal data.
